* For Buyers I will work and search any means to find the home of your dreams in your chosen price range. Try to make myself as available as possible to view property on your schedule. Work promptly with any lender of your choice or give recommendations if needed. I will also aide in any inspections that you wish and provide choices to help along the way or work with one of your choosing. I will be in touch with you and by your side the entire process and you can text or call me ANY TIME.

* For Sellers I will work hard to obtain the best signage and pictures for your home and advertise as much as possible in as many areas as possible to reach your target audience. I will uphold all ethics and confidentiality you place with me. I will work side by side with you on any scheduling of any showings, inspections or appraisals . I will negotiate furiously in your favor with your best interest at heart.
